  Staff are polite and friendly but be great to have a coffee in store no Cafe Nero or zest cafe like other stores. Lighting is poor also but I can always find something to buy.

  This is my local store, but they don’t carry a lot of choice so I had to use online hof. It was awful. The make up arrived used. When I explained I had to do so to three different people and through three different ways. I had to send photos. Then when I explained I didn’t have a printer and couldn’t print off their emails invoices or returns labels they said to send and they would refund postage. Nearly two moths later and only after I brought in an independent arbitrator did I get a refund, but no on the postage. I had already paid the bill. I got no replacement item no apology and I have a stream of rude emails from a string of different people who never actually read what you send so continue to ask for the same things. At one point three weeks into this I was told to send it back even though I had previously provided photos of the parcel photos of the post office recipet and the tracking number. I will never ever shop here again and it’s been 30years.
