  Visiting Richmond for the afternoon I noticed an arm of my specs had fallen off. I planned on going to Middlesbrough where I purchased them on Monday however on the way back to the car park we spotted a Specsavers . I called into the shop not realising they were about to close a young lady asked if she could help , I explained the situation she said she could fix them after a short wait she returned them to me fixed and cleaned! I would like to thank Kimberly for taking the time to fix them despite the fact it was just after closing on a Sunday and her colleagues for patiently waiting. Thank you once again!
